摘    要:喷丝板是纺制高质量纤维的关键部件,其异形微孔的加工一直是制约异形纤维发展的一个瓶颈.文中详细分析了异形喷丝板微孔质量对纺丝成形的影响,并根据异形喷丝板微孔的特点,选择数控电火花机床进行加工.讨论了电火花加工时各种参数的影响及选择,通过试验研究确定了加工异形微孔时电火花的几个关键参数最佳工艺参数范围,在此基础上根据实际纺丝需要加工出1.5-5dtex纤维所需的异形微孔,并进行了实际纺丝,证明效果良好.为合理选择电加工工艺提供了可靠的经验数据.

Abstract:Spinneret is a critical component for spinning high quality fibers and the processing of shaped orifices has been bottlenecking the development of shaped fiber. The effect of orifice quality on spinning process was analyzed in detail,and the electric discharge machining (EDM) processing method was adopted according to features of these orifices. In addition,the effects and choice of all parameters using EDM were discussed,and several key parameters and their optimal ranges of values processing shaped spinneret orifices were ascertained by experiments. Based on the above,the orifices which 1.5-5dtex fibers spinning required were made according to actual spinning and used them to spin in practice. The results has proven very well,which will supply reliable experimental data for rational choice of EDM.
