| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present basic conditions of transportation mobilization in China and the main problems hindering swift transportation mobilization as well. From such aspects as establishing transportation mobilizing system, building up a mobilization information system, drawing out planned projects, collecting and storing strategic materials and equipment, constituting relevant regulations, organizing the first transportation-ensuring regime, the essay proposes some specific tips on how to make good preparations for quick transportation mobilization. |
