| 摘 要： | 由ＰＬＣ电控系统控制的Ｈ１６０／２５液压卷耳机是在引进英国ＦＢ公司的卷耳机样品的基础上发展的经有手动和半自动两种工作方式。该机的工作原理是将加热的弹簧钢板绕芯轴卷制，从而形成卷耳或包耳。该机是一机多用，它集切头－卷耳－成型于一体，可卷制平耳，垂耳及包耳。

| Abstract: | The H160/25 hydraulic leaf spring end eye coiling machine with electrical control system,is a product developed on the basis of sample machine transferred from the British FB company,which has manual and semi automatic operation manners.The working principle is to coil the heated leaf spring end of stock around a spindle to form the eye or end supporting wrap around semi circular eye.The machine is a multifunction unit which can successively accomplish stock end cutting,eye coiling and final forming processes to coil plane eye,hanging eye and wrap around semi circular eye. |
