部分国家和地区驾驶人培训监管制度研究

部分发达国家和地区进入机动化社会的时间较长,机动车保有量和驾驶人数量已处于相对稳定的阶段,这些国家和地区在机动车培训考试方面均有着自己完善的科学的体系,而其中的监管环节是驾驶人培训考试体系能够健康运转的前提.选取美国、欧盟、日本、新加坡等多个国家和地区的培训、监管制度为研究对象,全面分析国外发达国家在驾驶人培训考试监管方面的特点,为我国将来的驾驶人培训考试以及考试监管制度的完善提供借鉴.

Driver Training and Supervision System of Some Countries and Regions

Some developed countries and regions have been the motorized society for a long time, and their motor vehicle population and the number of driver already have been in the relatively stable stage. These countries and regions all have their own perfect and scientific system in the motor vehicle training and examination. In the driver training and examination system, the supervision is the premise to keep its healthy operation. This paper selects the training and supervision system of United States, the European Union, Japan, Singapore and other countries and regions as the research object, and comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the driver training examination and supervision of the developed countries. The research results could provide reference to improve driver training examination and supervision system for future in China.
