公路工程建设全过程造价管理与控制

近年来,公路工程项目“三超”现象较为严重,即概算超估算、预算超概算、决算超预算.鉴于此,分别从项目决策、设计、工程实施及交（竣）工验收等阶段探讨了工程造价控制的任务、存在的问题,并提出了造价控制的相关建议,以合理确定和有效控制工程造价,利用有限资源取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益.
