高职学生人格现状调查及对策分析

通过采用卡特尔16PF人格调查问卷对重庆市4所高等职业技术学院学生人格特征进行调查研究,分析了不同类型高职学生人格特征的差异性,并提出了矫正建议。

The Research on the Current Conditions of Human Characters of the Undergraduates in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Countermeasures Analysis

Based on the survey made by the questionnaires,designed according to the R.B.Cattell 16PF,on the human characters of the pupils in four higher vocational colleges in Chongqing,this paper makes a analysis on the difference in human character of different undergraduates in higher vocational colleges.This paper also suggests some possible solutions to correcting the deviation in human character for the pupils in higher vocational colleges.
