摘    要:以32万吨巨型油船(VLCC)为例,通过描述性规定与直接强度计算,对比分析协调版共同规范与油船共同规范的差异,评估新规范对目前巨型油船结构可能带来的影响。

Impact assessment of 320 000 t very large crude carrier based on harmonised common structural rules
Abstract:The differences between harmonised common structural rules (CSR-H) and common structural rules for oil tankers (CSR-OT) are analyzed through the prescriptive regulation and the direct strength calculation of a 320 000 t very large crude carrier (VLCC). The possible impact of the new rules on the structural design of VLCCs is then assessed.
