摘    要:培养具有工程实践和创新能力的高素质人才是高校电子类专业人才培养的目标。文章从优化教育方式、改革传统半导体物理实验的弊端、培养研究型人才以及以市场为导向来培养等几个方面,提出了高等教育在优化电子类人才培养模式方面的观点,并结合实例阐述了引导方法的重要性。

Abstract:Cultivating high-quality talents who enjoy engineering practice and creative ability is an important aim for universities and colleges. This paper puts forward new views about cultivation mode of electronics majors from several respects, such as teaching modes, traditional defects in the experiment course of semiconductor physics, training market-oriented talents. In addition, some guiding methods in teaching are proposed with some examples.
