摘    要:无余量船台装配工艺是缩短船舶建造周期、降低劳动强度和生产成本、提高船舶建造质量和生产效率的重要工艺过程,通常可通过分段无余量制造方法或分段预修整方法实现船台无余量装配。为满足采用无余量船台装配工艺建造5 500 t成品油船的要求,结合船舶建造单位场地、设备、人员的实际情况,对国内外相关技术进行分析研究;介绍了基于分段预修整方法的5 500 t成品油船平行中体无余量船台装配工艺。
