| 摘 要： | 分析了基于ZCS的高频开关电源中IGBT损耗的主要表现形式．针对电源工作特点以及负载特性．详细的分析了电源工作时的4种工作模式，计算了在各种工作模式下电路中的电流以及电容两端的电压。通过对IGBT损耗表现形式建立适当的数学模型，计算了该电源中IGBT的损耗：并结合实际的使用情况．总结了计算IGBT损耗的分析方法、遵循的原则以及工程算法．对IGBT的工程应用具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The main form of the IGBT loss in the SMPS based on ZCS was analyzed.Combining characteristics of the power and load,the four modes of the power were analyzed in detail;the current and voltage in different modes swere computed.By establishing the mathematical model of the IGBT Loss,the IGBT Loss in power was computed.Combining the actual situation,the analytical method,principle and project algorithm of computing the IGBT loss were summarized. |
