| 摘 要： | 该文针对北方平原城市的地形地貌特征、河道水位顶托、夏季降雨集中以及雨水口的收水情况，对集流时间、汇水面积、径流系数、暴雨重现期、淹没流速、雨水口等几个市政雨水管网设计中的要素进行分析，提出了如何选取最佳取值，达到优化设计的目的。
