高频淬火铁基粉末冶金材料的研究

摘    要:为拓宽粉末冶金材料的应用领域,研究了一种铁基粉末烧结材料,并对其进行了高频感应淬火表面处理。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了材料表面硬化层的组织形貌,用显微硬度计测定了材料横截面的显微硬度,在磨损试验机上进行了干滑动摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,经高频淬火后,在该铁基粉末冶金材料表面得到了针状马氏体相变硬化层,材料表面硬度显著提高,因而耐磨性也得到明显提高,同时还扩大了铁基粉末冶金材料的应用载荷范围。该材料可用于制造汽车齿轮、凸轮等零件。

Abstract:A kind of high frequency hardened iron base PM materials was studied. The case hardened structure was examined by SEM,mierohardness of the cross-section was determined by microhardness tester,and friction and wear test was performed in a tribological rig under dry sliding condition.It was shown that needle-shaped martensite hardened case could be obtained in iron base PM materials by high frequency hardening,as a result,the hardness could be remarkably increased and wear resistance could be remarkably improved at a widen applied load range. This kind material can be used to manufacture automotive parts as gear,cam,etc.
