天然气发动机缸内湍流流动的CFD研究

摘    要:提出了一种新的压燃式天然气发动机燃烧系统,采用CFD软件对不同燃烧室几何参数下的缸内湍流场进行了模拟计算。结果表明,通道直径从8 mm增加到14 mm时,燃烧室内湍动能有所减少,但湍动能分布变得更加均匀,且副室中心区域的湍动能增加;通道倾角从40°增大到60°时,副室内中心区域的湍动能增加;此外,通道位置和副燃烧室形状对湍流运动也有一定的影响。

Abstract:A new combustion system for compression ignition natural gas engine is established.Simulation analysis is carried out on turbulent field inside the cylinder under the condition of geometric parameters of different combustion chambers by using CFD software.The results show that if passage size is increased from 8mm to 14mm,turbulent energy in combustion chamber get lower in average,but more uniform and relatively bigger in the center of premixing chamber,that if the passage inlet angel is increased from 40°to 60°,turbulent energy in central region of premixing chamber get higher,and that the position of passage and the shape of premixing chamber have certain effects on turbulent movement.
