| 摘 要： | 线阵CCD是一种新型的光电传感器件，它在实时测量方面有着广泛的应用，本文介绍一种CCD非接触式测径系统的原理及系统的组成，并在此基础上讨论了采用线阵CCD作为光电转换器件在实时测量物体时的系统误差，进而提出减少这些误差的措施。

| Abstract: | Linear CCD is a new type of photoelectric sensors,which in real-time measurement has a wide range of applications,the paper introduced a CCD non-contact measurement system tracks,the principle and system components,and on this basis discussed the use of line as a CCD array of objects in real-time measurement of system error,then put the countermeasures to reduce these errors. |
