振动法设计水泥稳定碎石在申嘉湖高速公路的应用

摘    要:为提高半刚性基层路用性能,采用振动法设计水泥稳定碎石混合料,并应用于浙江省申嘉湖高速公路半刚性基层的铺筑。设计及检测结果表明,振动法确定的水泥稳定碎石最大干密度大,振动成型试件抗压强度远大于静压成型试件抗压强度。试验段检测结果表明:振动法设计的水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度与现场芯样的无侧限抗压强度基本吻合。采用优化的骨架密实型级配,并采用振动法设计的混合料在拌和、运输、摊铺及碾压中未发现明显离析,使用现有的施工设备,以振动法确定的最大干密度作为标准密度,基层压实度标准可定位98%。严格采用振动法设计结果施工的基层路用性能显著提高。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of semi-rigid base pavement, this paper adopts Vibration Method to design Cement Sta-bilized Macadam (CSM) and applies it to Shen-Jia-Hu freeway in Zhejiang province. The results of experiment and field detection in-dicate that the maximum dry density of CSM designed by vibration method is greater, its compressive strength is much larger than the static pressure forming specimen. The unconfined compression strength of CSM designed by vibration method is in concordance with the field Core Sample. There is no obvious segregation in the process of mixing, transportation, paving and rolling for the mix-tures using the optimized dense framework structure gradation and designed by the vibration method. Using this method, the stand-ard of the base course compaction ratio can be 98 %. The Pavement Performance of this base course can improve observably.
