摘    要:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ( Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者血中性粒细胞基础代谢的变化及其临床意义。方法 用液闪法测定 COPD急性加重期 1 5例、缓解期 1 4例、及健康对照组 2 0例血中性粒细胞基础发光值 ,分析其与各项临床指标的相关性。结果 COPD急性加重期和缓解期中性粒细胞基础发光值显著高于对照组 ,并与 COPD气流阻塞及Pa O2 呈负相关关系。结论  COPD患者中性粒细胞基础代谢异常活跃 ,并可能成为 COPD病程持续进展的重要原因 ;COPD中性粒细胞基础代谢异常参与了 COPD气流阻塞的形成 ,成为推动 COPD形成和发展的重要原因

Study of basic metabolism of blood polymorphonuclear in COPD patients
Abstract:Objective To study the alteration and find out the clinical significance of basic metabolism of blood polymorphonuclear in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients.Methods The study determined the basic chemiluminescence (CL) of PMN in patients with COPD in acute exacerbating stage (15 cases), stable stage (14 cases) ,and in 20 healthy controls,using the liquid scintillator counting chemiluminescence technique in order to find out the correlation between PMN basic CL and clinical features.Results The PMN basic CL in patients with acute or stable COPD were significantly higher than controls.It was negatively correlated with obstructive ventilatory dysfunction index and PaO 2 of COPD.Conclusions Basic metabolism of PMN in COPD patients is extremely active.This alteration may play an important role in the process of the disease;The abnormalities is related to airflow obstruction of COPD, and may be an important reason in forming and propelling the process forward.
