| 摘 要： | 我国对摩托车等机动车辆实行强制性产品认证，认证所依据的标准与欧美认证法规存在较多的差异。贸易技术壁垒是世界贸易组织达成的一系列协议之一，是影响我国摩托车产品出口的主要障碍，但对于我国摩托车生产企业来说既是机遇又是挑战。

| Abstract: | In China the mandatory product certification applies to motorcycles and other automotive vehicles. The standard for the certification is greatly different from the certification regulations of Europe-U.S "Technical barrier to trade", which is one of the agreements reached by WTO, is a main obstacle affecting the export of Chinese-made motorcycles, yet it is also an opportunity and challenge to Chinese motorcycle makers. |
