轮轨接触应力的有限元计算

摘    要:为了得到精确的数值解,应用弹塑性理论及大型有限元软件ANSYS对轮轨接触应力进行了有限元计算,同时对建模、单元选择、网格划分、参数确定等计算过程进行了说明,得到了不同轴重(1t~30t)时轮轨塑性区尺寸、接触斑形状、Mises当量应力最大值及轮轨接触面压应力随轴重的变化规律。

Abstract:In order to obtain the accurate numerical solution, the finite element calculation is made on the wheel-rail contact stress with the application of the elastoplastic theory and the large finite element software ANSYS, in the mean time, the calculation process of the model establishment,cell selection, grid classification and parameter determination, etc. are described, the wheel-rail plastic district dimensions, the contact spot shapes, the maximum Mises equivalent stresses under different axle-loads (1 t~30 t) as well as the changing law of the wheel-rail contact pressure stresses along with the axle-loads are obtained.
