高强度钢超高周疲劳特性试验研究

摘    要:该文介绍以20kHz超声波振动疲劳试验机对三组55SC7高强度钢试材作超高周疲劳特性试验研究,试验结果表明:在高周区及超高周区S-N曲线呈下降趋势,与传统假设完全不一,疲劳强度并不随其硬度(Hv)及弹性极限σ(b)的提高而提高,疲劳裂纹萌生于试件内部,主要由硫化物和钙化物等质所致。

Abstract:A test study has been made of ultrahigh cycle fatigue of high strength steel by means of an ultrasonic frequency of 20kHz with 3 groups of steel(55sc7).The test result shows that fatigue rupture can occur and the fatigue endurance(S N)continues to reduce with increase of cycles between 10 6 and 10 10 C.P.S, the fatigue strength does not increase with increase of vickers hardness and elastic limit,fatigue cracks occur in the interior of testpieces and are caused by inclusions of sulphur and calcium.This result is much different from conventional hypothesis.
