| Abstract: | This article proposed some views on how to improve our ability in dealing with the maritime incident,so as to ensure the maritime safety of life and property and to protect the ocean environment.The characteristics of the maritime incident and some outstanding problems existing in our dealing with the incident are analyzed;the current national and international practices on dealing with the maritime incident are mentioned. |
