客车滚动轴承早期失效的原因及措施

济南车辆段部分客车滚动轴承报废量急剧上升,使用期多数都在100万km左右,属早期失效。在进行大量调查的基础上,分析了早期失效的原因和演变过程,并提出了相应的解决措施。

Root Cause and Contermeasures for Earlier Failure of Rolling Bearing of Passenger Cars

In the recent years,the scrapping rate of the passenger car rolling bearings has been increasing sharply in Jinan vehicle Depot.The life cycle of the scrapping bearings are around 1M km,at which the bearing failure is considered as the earlier failure.On the basis of lots of investigation,the following article analyzed the root cause and the development process of the earlier failure,and proposed the countermeasures.
