新型轮轨关系试验台研究

摘    要:提出一种新型基于轮轨接触的轮轨作用试验台的技术方案,解决以往采用轮—轮接触试验台模拟轮轨接触关系的不准确性。对试验台关键的轨道驱动方式进行了分析,采用行星齿环滑块往复运动机构作为其传动机构。建立了运动机构的数学模型,并采用ADAMS软件完成机构的仿真分析。新型轮轨作用关系试验台可真实反映轮轨之间的接触作用,对轮轨关系的研究提供试验技术手段。

Abstract:This paper propose technical solution of a new wheel-track test-rig based on wheel-track contact,which could be more accurate than the traditional test-rig based on wheel-wheel contact in the simulation of wheel-track contact.The key driving mechanism has been analysed,and the planetary gear-ring inverse mechanism is taken as the transmission mechanism of the test-rig.The mathematic model of the mechanism is built,and the software ADAMS is used to complete the simulation of the mechanism.The new test-rig can represent the contact of the wheel-track in the true condition,and provide techniques on the research of wheel-track contact.
