| 摘 要： | 柴油中杂质和自氧化生成胶质进入机车燃油箱造成低油位运行时滤芯阻塞;和原设计燃油泵入口流量不足、引发油泵吸空是DF11、DF4D两种机型燃油压力低的重要原因。从调研、检测和试验方面来分析故障原因,并提出加装地面200目滤清器和机车滤芯扩孔增流等技术对策。

| Abstract: | When impurities in diesel oil and colloid produces from oxidation enter into oil tank,they would backup the oil filter running at low oil level;On the other hand,the runoff at the fuel pump entrance is too small in old design,thus does not satisfy the normal work condition of fuel pump,and makes fuel pump suck air.Two above-mentimed reasons are the important reasons for low fuel pressure in locomotive DF11and DF 4D.This paper analyzes the trouble reasons through investigation and research,testing and experiment,and proposes two techno-countermeasures :" installing ground 200-items filter " and " enlarging hole of locomotive filter and shunting ". |
