摘    要:介绍了内转子式轮毂电机与盘式制动器的组合结构,分析了固定制动力分配时制动抱死工况下车轮的最大制动力,确定了轮毂电机关键结构负载,最后采用有限元法分析了轮毂电机端盖的可靠性.

Abstract:The combined structure of inner-rotor type in-wheel motor with disk brake is presented. The maximum braking force on wheel at locked brake condition with fixed braking force distribution is analyzed, and the key structural loading of in-wheel motor is determined. Finally the reliability of two end covers of in-wheel motor is analyzed by using FEM.
