高职女生宿舍人际关系与其心理健康浅析

学生宿舍是大学生除课堂外活动时间最多的空间,是学生进行思想交流、情绪排遣的场所1],对感情细腻而又脆弱的女大学生来讲尤其如此.本文分析了高职女生宿舍人际关系问题形成的主要原因、良好宿舍关系人际对促进大学女生身心健康发展的作用以及构建良好宿舍人际关系的几点建议,以便对高职院校女生宿舍管理起一定的参考作用.

Analysis on the Interpersonal Relationship in Dormitory and Mental Health of Vocational Female College Students

Students＇dormitory, apart from the classroom, is where the college students spend most of their time. It is a place where students share their minds, dispel their emotions, especially for those girls having delicate and fragile feelings. In order to have good references to the management of female college student dormitory, this paper analyzes the primary reason for the interpersonal relationship problems among vocational female college students in the dormitories and the effect of establishing a good interpersonal relationship in dormitory on the development of college female students＇ physical and mental health. Besides, there are several proposals listed in this paper on how to establish a good interper- sonal relationship in dormitory.
