大粒径石料填筑路基施工技术研究

摘    要:广乐高速公路粤北段属典型的石灰岩地貌,沿线无适用的土料可以填筑路基,只能用石料作为路基填料。为满足设计要求,在施工现场选取了两个区段的大粒径石料填筑路基试验段,采用渐进式摊铺法,在不同的试验区段采用不同的压实工艺进行碾压。通过对比试验和对实测数据的分析,得出了合理的机械组合方式、最佳松铺厚度以及最合理的碾压工艺。

Abstract:The geology of the north section within Guangdong province of the Guang-Le Expressway is of the typical limestone topography.The subgrade has to be filled with stones due to there being no usable earth material along the line.To meet the design requirements,two test sections are chosen for filling the subgrade with large-grained stones at the construction site,with the progressive spreading method adopted for the test sections,and different rolling and compacting methods used for different test sections.Through comparative tests,and the analysis of the test data,the most reasonable machinery combination,the best loosely-spreading depth and the most reasonable rolling processes are scientifically chosen.
