六七式铁路舟桥新式活动栈桥的拼组架设技术

摘    要:六七式铁路舟桥的栈桥器材改进设计后,需针对新式活动栈桥器材研究其简便、快速的架设方法,提高其拼组架设性能,以适应现代高技术战争的要求。介绍了浮吊法架设活动栈桥所需的水上施工器材及施工方法。新式活动栈桥在其自身结构大大简化的基础上,采用浮吊法进行栈桥梁、升降墩及其基础的拼组架设,可加快栈桥的拼架速度,提高铁路舟桥的战术性能。

Abstract:After the design of the trestle equipment of the type-67 railway pontoon bridge is improved,a simple and quick erection method for the new-type movable trestle equipment has to be studied so as to improve its performance in assembly and erection to adapt it to modern high-tech war.The method of craning by floating to set up the new movable trestle,the construction equipment necessary for the erection,and construction methods are introduced in detail in the paper.Upon the basis of the greatly-simplified structure of the new-type movable trestle,the assembly and erection of the trestle,the lifting and lowering operations of the pier,and the construction of the foundation by floating-erection all help speed up the construction of the trestle and improve the tactical performance of type-67 railway pontoon bridges.
