冲击断裂稳固技术在旧水泥混凝土路面改造中的应用

摘要：冲击断裂稳固法是降低旧水泥混凝土路面加铺层出现反射裂缝的机率的有效方法。文中分析了旧水泥混凝土路面进行加铺层改造时对旧路面进行断裂稳固的必要性，介绍了冲击式压实机应用于旧水泥混凝土路面改造的工艺原理，并结合国道324线鹤山段路面大修改善工程的施工阐述利用冲击式压实机对旧水泥混凝土路面进行断裂稳固的施工工艺与质量控制方法。

The Application of the Impact-Fracture-Solidify Technology in the Reformation of the Used Cement Concrete Pavement

The impact-fracture-solidify technology is effective to lower the probability of appearing the reflected crack when add a new layer on the used cement concrete pavement. This paper analyzes the necessity of fracturing and then solidifying the pavement when reform the used cement concrete pavement and introduces the technical principles when apply the impactive compacter to the reformation of the used cement concrete pavement. Based on the construction of the engineering--reform the pavement of the G324 National Road（the portion of HeShan）, this paper elaborates the practical technology and the quality-control method when use the impactive compacter to fracture and solidify the used cement concrete pavament.
