The Rush-Erecting Techniques for Type-83Light-Duty Military Piers

In order to improve the efficiency of the rush-assembling and rush-erecting of type-83light-duty military railway piers,shorten the rush-erecting process and lower the labor intensity,an all-round study is made of the preparations for rush-erection,the drafting of pre-schemes,the out-moving and loading of the equipment from the warehouse,the site assembly,the reinforcing of the pier top and other aspects in the paper,with a rush-repair pre-scheme for type-83light-duty military pier compiled,in which the frame components for the equipment containerization are designed,the pre-assembling of members,the unitization of the pre-assembling,the assembling outside the pier and pushing-thrusting across in place;strengthening the spiral bearing of the pier top and many other technical measures were creatively innovated.The construction techniques for each of the technical measures are elaborated in the paper,which provides valuable experience for the rush-repair and rush-erecting of railway piers.
