襄渝二线胡家沟大桥造桥机施工技术难点解析

摘    要:国内目前拼装造桥机已有成熟的施工工艺,但没有高空下落造桥机施工的先例,特别是将140m长、700t重的造桥机在高空下落5.8m到桥墩上,其过程控制有一定的难度。另外64m造桥机在曲线半径1600m上过孔、架梁在国内也比较少见。结合襄渝二线胡家沟大桥施工,介绍了造桥机拼装、拖拉、高位下落,曲线过孔、曲线架梁等众多关键施工技术,顺利完成了工程施工。

Abstract:As far as the assembly of bridge-makers at home is concerned,there are already mature construction processes m use. However,there is still no practical example of the construction of lowering a bridge-maker from a high position to erect a bridge found. Especially when a 140m-long, 700t-heavy bridge-maker needs to be lowered 5.8m from a high position onto the piers, there is great difficulty in the control of the construction process. It is also rare at home that the 64m bridge-maker has to stretch out to span the piers on a curved line of 1600m in radius,and erect the girder. With the construction of the Hujiagou Bridge of the 2nd Line of the Xiang-~u Railway as a practical example, many key construction techniques such as the assembly of the bridge-maker, the dragging erection, the lowering of the bridge-maker from a high position,spanning on a curved line, and erection on a curved line, etc. ,are introduced in the paper, all of which help ensure the successful completion of the project.
