基于SWOT定量分析的汽车学院跨越式发展战略研究

采用SWOT分析模型,结合AHP层次分析法,对汽车学院的跨越式发展战略进行分析.研究结果表明,当前汽车学院的机会强度远远大于优势、威胁和劣势等3组因素.同时外部威胁和内部劣势对汽车学院的发展也至关重要.在4组因素中各个子因素对战略影响程度最大的分别为:汽车行业蓬勃发展的机会,依托行业办学的优势,同类院校竞争的压力,师资力量不强大的劣势.汽车学院跨越式发展战略应定位在SO开拓型战略,坚定不移地朝着创建“师资队伍一流,专业建设一流,实训条件一流,校企合作一流,国际合作一流和学生质量一流”等六个一流 的目标而奋斗.

Study on the Leap - forward Development Strategy of Automotive Department Based on SWOT Quantitative Models

In order to achieve sustainable development opportunities, the branch of a vocational institute must es- tablish the correct development strategy. The leap - forward development strategy of the automotive department was ana- lyzed in this paper, based on the SWOT analysis model, combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Processes. The results show that the importance of the oppommity of the department is far greater theaa the strengths, threats and weaknesses. At the same time, the impact of external threats and internal weakness on the department is also crucial. The most important sub - factors in the four strategic factors are： the booming opportunities in the automotive industry, the support strengths from the government, the competitive pressures from sister institutes, and the weaknesses in the academic team. The leap - forward development strategy of the automotive department should be positioned in the SO pioneering and growth strate- gy, specifically speaking, is to struggle for the ＂six first - class goal＂, such as first - class academic team, first - class professional, first- class training conditions, first- class school- enterprise cooperation, first- class international coop- eration and student quality.
