| Abstract: | At present, the job burnout of the English teacher of higher vocational colleges has become a major serious problem. After an analysis of the performances and the causes of this phenomenon, three countermeasures are put forward in this paper for a purpose to promote the sound development of English teaching of higher Vocational colleges. |
