| 摘 要： | 本文旨在提出我国城市公共交通一卡多用系统研究总体框架。本文讨论了城市公共交通一卡多用系统的概念及与ITS的关系，阐述了城市公共交通一卡多用系统的现实意义，在详细分析国内外研究现状的基础上，总结了我国研究中存在的问题，发现该课题的研究尚很薄弱，针对这些空白点和薄弱点，提出了城市公共交通一卡多用系统规划与评价体系研究方向，包括战略规划、建设规划及评价、经济评价、资金预算等方面的内容。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to introduce the sketchy research frame of multipurpose transit smart card system. The concept of multipurpose transit smart card system and its relationship with Intelligent Transportation System were first discussed. Then, the significance was presented.
