水下爆炸冲击对船舶艉轴架轴承响应特性的影响分析

摘    要:应用Ansys/LS-dyna有限元软件,建立了水下爆炸冲击作用下的船舶艉轴架轴承仿真模型,研究水下爆炸冲击对船舶艉轴架轴承响应特性的影响,计算得到在不同的炸药当量和爆点位置下船舶艉轴架轴承的位移、应力和速度等响应特性。结果表明:随着炸药当量的增加,艉轴架轴承的位移、应力和速度等响应峰值也会线性增加;当爆心在横向远离艉轴架轴承时,轴承的位移响应峰值先增大后减小;当爆心在纵向时远离轴承时,轴承的位移、应力和速度等响应峰值则基本呈现线性下降趋势。

Study on Response Characteristics of Strut Bearing under Underwater Explosion Shocks

Abstract:Based on Ansys/LS-dyna, a finite element model of the strut bearing under the underwater shock was built to study on response characteristics of strut bearing under underwater explosion shocks .In different conditions of explosive equiva-lent and detonation point's location , the response characteristics of the strut bearing's displacement , stress and velocity were ana-lyzed.The results showed that with the increasing of the explosive equivalent , the response peak of the displacement , stress and velocity of the strut bearing will increase linearly , with the detonation point laterally away from the strut bearing , the displacement response peak will first increase and then decrease , while in other conditions , with the detonation point away from the strut bear-ing, the response peak of displacement , stress and velocity will linearly decrease .
