| 摘 要： | 对40万DWT矿砂船用侧移式特大型舱口盖结构制作工艺,采用"直角梯形法"分段制作主体结构,然后再整体合拢。舱口盖制作结束后的检测证明各项数据满足设计要求,证明工艺方法合理有效,解决了制造厂资源限制无法整体制作的难题。

| Abstract: | The main structure of the side rolling super large hatch cover for the 400 000 DWT ore carrier was made by block production technology of right angle trapezoid method , and joined as a whole .After the hatch cover production , all the measure-ment data meet the design requirements , showing that the production technology is reasonable and effective , which can solve the difficulty of manufacturing resource limit for overall production . |
