摘    要:对超期服役老平台进行安全解脱和回接作业,开发锚系解脱与回接成套技术,立管快速解脱、海底存放与回接成套技术及老旧跨接管深水拆除技术,在流花4-1油田水下生产系统的开发中,应用双泵采油系统和远距离电潜泵变频驱动技术,采用简化联顶管柱系统取代传统联顶管柱系统成套技术,实现管线终端PLET的国内首次研发,自主管理300 m以上深水铺管,应用遥控水下高压电切换开关技术。

Renovation and Application of the Integrated Technologies in the Liuhua 4-1 Oilfield Development

Abstract:During the life extension project for the old hoist platform , numerous sets of innovative technologies were devel-oped, such as permanent mooring system disconnection and re-hookup technology , ESP cable subsea storage technology , riser fast disconnection and re-hookup technology and old spool deepwater recovery technology .In the Liuhua 4-1 oilfield subsea pro-duction system development , new innovative technologies in the offshore oil and gas industry were integrated into the system , such as dual electrical submersible pump (ESP), long-distance ESP variable frequency drive (VFD) technology.The simplified land-ing string system was used to replace the traditional subsea test tree , realizing the domestic pipeline termination ( PLET) develop-ment and self-management subsea pipe S-lay in more than 300 m water depth .
