摘 要: | 为研究船用高强钢EH36 100 mm厚拼板平对接焊焊接工艺,应用埋弧自动焊,选择合适的焊接参数,制定焊接工艺,对焊接接头进行力学性能试验,试验结果证明,该工艺能满足深水三用工作船对船体局部强度的要求,成功解决了船用高强钢超厚板的焊接工艺难题。

Abstract: | In order to study the thick plate flat butt welding process of the high strength marine steel EH 36 100 mm, the pa-per has utilized the auto submerged arc welding , selected the appropriate welding parameters and welding procedure , as well as realized the welding joints mechancal test .The results showed that ,the process can satisfy with local strength requirements for the Anchor Handling Towing Supply ( AHTS) vessel work in deep seawater . |
