不饱和聚酯树脂基快速补路材料的研究

摘    要:制备一种能够快速修补道路、桥梁等建筑的聚合物混凝土材料,它具有快速固化,抗折、抗压强度高,与待修补物体结合能力好,收缩率低等优点。对影响固化时间和强度的几个因素进行了探讨。最佳工艺参数为:树脂为双组分,其中A型树脂含量为85%,树脂用量占填料总量的9%~13%,固化剂为多组分,用量占树脂总量的4%~10%,促进剂用量占树脂总量的3%左右。

Abstract:A type of rapid repair materials with short setting time,high compressive strengths,high flexural strengths,good cohering strengths and a low shrinkage rate is developed which could widely apply on highway,viaduct and cloverleaf junction.Several factors affected the strength performance and curing time of polymer concrete are also discussed.The best technical parameters are as follow: the content of resin A is about 85%;the total content of resin is from 9% to 13%;the content of curing agent is from 4% to 10%;the content of curing accelerator is about 3%.
