摘    要:以现代疲劳理论为基础,应用有限元分析软件,根据静态应力分布、材料疲劳性能参数、道路实测应力谱,模拟了摩托车前叉管的疲劳寿命,并提出了改进措施,从根本上提高了前叉管的疲劳耐久性能,解决了前叉管的断裂问题。

Abstract:Based on the modem fatigue theory, applying the finite-element analysis software, according to the static stress distribution, material fatigue performance data, read measured stress spectrum, the fatigue life of the front fork tube for motorcycles is stimulated and measures for improvement aregiven, thus improving the durability of the tube greatly.
