摩托车辐条式车轮轮毂钻机的改进

摘    要:为了解决辐条式轮毂的辐条孔钻加工劳动效率低,PCD直径、位置度误差大,操作工疏忽、钻头刃磨等因素造成的孔位偏移、漏加工,轮毂报废率大等问题,借鉴其他群钻技术,通过不断研究、试验和改进,设计了在普通钻床上加一群钻头,按辐条孔的PCD直径均匀分布9只钻头,以轮毂外圆尺寸制作底座,确保底座和群钻同轴,辐条孔和轮毂同轴。改进后的专用群钻专机一次性可钻9只孔,大大提高了劳动效率及产品合格率,降低了生产成本。
