| 摘 要： | 发动机气缸的密封是否可靠,直接影响发动机的整机性能及质量,而造成密封失效的主要原因是作用于楔形空间两侧的动态力矩,只要在加工和装配中控制好密封垫的面压应力分布区域,就能有效减小动态力矩并控制楔形空间的延伸,以达到防止密封失效的目的。

| Abstract: | That the seal of the engine cylinder is reliable or not will be directly relative to the engine performance and quality.The main cause of seal failure is dynamic moment which acts at the two sides of the wedge space,so long as the face pressure stress distribution area is well controlled during the machining and fitting,the dynamic moment will be reduced and the extension of the wedge space will be controlled,so that the seal failure can be prevented. |
