| 摘 要： | 针对道路交通管理中新出现的“碰瓷”、“遗洒”和“飙车”案件，进行了案件的定义和案件特征分析，运用刑法学理论，探讨分析了案件行为人是否应以涉嫌以危险方法危害公共安全罪定罪查处。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the emerging cases in road traffic management such as pengci,yisaand vehicle race,this paper defines the definition of theses cases and analyzes their characteristics. With the theory of criminal jurisprudence,it also discusses whether the guilty party should be convicted because of jeopardizing public security with dangerous patterns. |
