摘    要:上海磁浮示范运营线采用了德国的高速常导磁吸式系统技术.由于常导磁吸式磁浮的悬浮高度有限,磁浮列车系统对轨道的几何形位提出了很高的精度要求,对施工的要求也很高.介绍了德国埃姆斯兰试验线采用的技术,主要是借助于精密的数控机床,实现了功能件上三个扭曲面的精加工和高精度的几何形态.分析了德国技术应用于上海时存在的问题,包括工期无法保证、建设成本高、维护成本高、难以推广等.指出由于机加工能力的限制,在上海无法采用德国的做法.为了解决机加工问题,提出用"直线拟合"和"曲线拟合"的设计思想对功能件进行拟合设计,以降低功能件机加工难度,减少机加工工作量,保证施工工期.实践证明,这种拟合技术是切实可行的、有效的.

Abstract:Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line uses high-speed electro magnetic suspension (EMS) of Germany as its system technology.Because the levitated height of EMS is limited,Maglev train system requires precision for the geometry shape of the track,and demands high-quality construction.The technologies used in TVE Experiment Line in Germany are introduced in this paper.Using precision computerized numerical control (CNC) machine tools, the precision work of the three curved surfaces and perfect accuracy of geometry shape for the function parts are realized.The difficulties that will encounter Shanghai Maglev when applying German technologies Line are analyzed,including the uncertain construction time,high construction and maintenance costs and so on.The authors point out that the German approach is not adoptable because of the process capacity constraints in Shanghai.In order to solve the problems,the authors propose to make use of the concept of "straight-line fitting" and "cured-line fitting",which will overcame the limits of machining ability,guarantee the time limit for the project,and largely reduce the project investment.The site practice proves that the straight-line-fitting skill is feasible and effective.
