摘    要:制动盘表面温度和应力的分布关系到制动盘的寿命,而制动闸片的结构是影响制动盘表面温度和应力的关键因素。利用有限元软件,建立了闸片结构与制动盘温度场及热应力场分布的关系,并提出了与闸片结构和摩擦功率密切相关的结构因子的概念,摩擦面积和摩擦速度增加都将增加结构因子。模拟计算表明,随结构因子的增加,表面温度及热应力增加,结构因子的波动程度决定了热应力。减小结构因子变化的范围则可改善制动盘热应力的分布。结构因子的提出为改善制动盘温度场及应力场提供了参考依据,对闸片结构的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The life of brake disc is affected by the distribution of temperature and stress of brake disc,and the main factor which influences the temperature and stress is pad structure.The temperature field and thermal stress of brake disc are studied by use of the finite element software,and a concept of structure coefficient is put forward,which is nearly related of pad structure and friction power,and the increase of friction area or friction speed makes structure coefficient increase.The numerical simulation result shows the temperature and thermal stress of brake disc enhances when structure coefficient increases,and the thermal stress of brake disc depends on the fluctuate of structure coefficient.The fluctuation range of structure coefficient can be reduced by changing pad structure,to improve the distribution of thermal stress of brake disc.The appearance of structure coefficient will offer a reference basis for the improvement of temperature field and thermal stress of brake disc and a guiding significance for the design of pad structure.
