大功率车载取力自发电系统结构研究

摘    要:为充分解决装备野外环境下电源保障问题,为系统中的设备提供不低于80kW供电电源,对比了两种供电技术方案,择优确定80 kW车载取力发电的供电形式;为保证动力输出,采用分动器取力;为保证布局的紧凑性,采用二级传动形式,通过传动轴传动和同步带传动的组合传动模式实现动力传递;电机安装平台采用铰接调整式结构,实现传动带的松紧度调整;进行一体化布局设计,利用舱体结构实现发电机的防雨要求;采用自然进风、强排风的通风散热方式,快速排放系统的热量。大功率车载取力自发电系统,充分保障了装备的野外作业需要,此种自发电系统的结构,在额定功率30 kW、50 kW、80 kW、100 kW等系列车载取力自发电系统中,都已成功应用。车载取力自发电的功率等级越来越高,应用领域越来越广泛,大功率车载取力发电系统的结构,可以作为更多车载取力发电系统的选择和参考的依据。

Research of Self-generating Technology Based on Chassis’s Power Take-off
Abstract:The high power self-generating system based on chassis’s PTO is researched and developed to effectively provide the power of 80 kW for electrical equipment in field.Compared with two kinds of power supply technology,we prefer the 80 kW power generation system based on chassis’s PTO,which takes power from transfer case for guaranteeing power output,adopts the two-stage driving mode combined drive shaft and synchronous belt transmissions for gaining a compact size,provides the hinge joint framework for generator for tension regulating of the driving belt;makes an integrative planning and utilizes shelter body as showerproof"hood"for generator,and applies natural and forced air cooling manners for heat eliminating rapidly.The high power self-generating technology fulfils the power demand in field as being applied on various chassis with a rated power of 30 kW,50 kW,80 kW or 100 kW successfully.As the self-generating system based on PTO is required higher power and applied in wider field,the above-mentioned high power self-generating technology will offer an option or a reference for chassis self-generating system.
