摘    要:为考察CRTS Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青(CA)砂浆充填层的服役现状,对严寒/高寒、寒冷及温暖地区的典型线路进行调研。调研结果显示:温暖和寒冷地区的高速铁路CA砂浆充填层性能良好,仅存在少量充填层板角离缝等问题;而严寒地区的高速铁路CA砂浆充填层向阳面的砂浆灌注袋破损比较明显,而且部分线路的CA砂浆充填层灌注口处或充填层纵向中部位置出现少量竖向裂纹。综合分析认为,运营线路所处的气候环境是影响CA砂浆充填层服役性能的关键因素。

Abstract:In order to investigate the present service status of the filling layer of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballastless track of cement emulsified asphalt mortar(CAM), a study was carried out on the typical railway lines in severe cold area, cold area and warm area respectively. The results show that the performance of the CAM filling layer in the warm and cold areas are generally good, with the exception of a few gaps between the CAM filling layer and the track slab. In the severe cold area, the filling bags of the CAM filling layer on the sunny side were obviously damaged. A few of vertical microcracks appeared at the mouth of the filling bag or the middle part of the CAM filling layer under the track slab. It is concluded that the climate environment of the operation line is the key factor affecting the service performance of the CAM filling layer.
