Abstract:In order to achieve the scientific management of whole life cycle of locomotive facilities and promote safe operation of facilities, an EAM-based locomotive facility maintenance and management system is designed through the analysis of locomotive facility maintenance and management strategies. The system has multiple functions such as locomotive facility information management, dynamic inventory management, maintenance and repair management and quality analysis, etc. Based on several possible modes like failure maintenance,preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance, the status quo of maintenance and management of railway locomotive facilities is discussed, the entire life cycle of locomotive facilities tracked and managed, and the analyzing countermeasures are offered.
