西成客专房家湾隧道白云岩岩溶治理研究

摘    要:房家湾隧道砂质白云岩节理裂隙发育,沿节理裂隙岩溶发育且情况复杂、隐蔽,围岩稳定性差,隧道结构安全及运营安全风险较大。针对存在的较大安全风险隐患,为保证隧道施工和运营安全,通过超前地质预报、综合补充勘察技术探查岩溶发育情况。采用综合预加固措施提高围岩自承能力,在地表沟谷铺砌封堵地表水下渗,动态优化隧道衬砌结构、防排水系统和基底处理方案设计,增设泄水洞确保隧道施工及长期运营安全,为类似工况铁路隧道工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:The joint fissure of sandy dolomite in Fangjiawan Tunnel develops along the karst of joint fissure,and the condition is complicated and hidden.The stability of surrounding rock is poor,and the structural and operational safety of the tunnel is at great risk.With respect to the potential great safety risks and in order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction and operation,advanced geological prediction and integrated supplementary survey technologies are summarized,comprehensive pre-reinforcement measures are adopted to improve the self-supporting capacity of surrounding rock,surface valley is paved to block the infiltration of surface water,design of tunnel lining structure,water-proof and drainage system and foundation base treatment scheme is dynamically optimized,and drain cavern is added to ensure the safety of tunnel construction and longterm operation,providing reference for railway tunnel construction under similar working conditions.
