| Abstract: | By analyzing the influence of oil pollution on oceanic ecological environment, the paper presents the impact of petrol pollution resulting from vessels' transportation on the oceanic economy and therey points out that building valid legal compensation mechanism against oil pollution is key to the sustainable development of oceanic economy. |
