| 摘 要： | 配送企业的目标是以最低的物流成本提供优质的服务，运输成本作为物流成本权重最高的部分，决定着配送企业能否有效降低物流成本。如何对运输成本进行有效管理，减少运输作业过程中不必要的的支出和损耗，是企业提高经营效益，提高竞争力的关键因素。

| Abstract: | The core objective of the distribution company is to provide an anticipant service in a lowest logistics costs.As the greatest part of the logistics costs,transportation costs are the key issue to reduce the total logistics costs.How to manage the transportation costs in an effective way,and reduce the unnecessary transportation costs in the operation process are the most important factors for the companies to improve the efficiency and competitiveness. |
